Life : A guest house

Today, I got to read a great piece of writing. It was shared by Danielle LaPorte, here.
It describes life as a guest house. And events as guests. My favorite lines are at the end, that are:

"...Be grateful for whoever comes,
because each has been sent
as a guide from beyond."

Indeed, that is how we should be reacting to the events in our lives. Because in the end, its our reaction, and choices that shape our lives. Choose to be happy, no matter what.

"Choose to be happy, no matter what". Thats probably difficult, but thats definitely what we should aim for. Actually, we dont believe that everything happens for a reason, and that everything ultimately turns out to be good (Insha-Allah).
